Scheduling an Appointment
Call our office at 315-446-4580 to schedule an appointment.
Patients are seen by appointment only. We do not accept walk-in appointments. If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please call the office. We require 24-hour notification for all appointment cancellations. The office phone line opens at 8 a.m. to schedule a sick child visit. Please don't drop in or ask that other children be seen with the scheduled patient unless prearranged. We reserve time each day to see sick children, and depending on our schedules, you may be asked to see another provider for an emergency. For well-child care, chronic care, consultation, rechecks, and non-emergency visits, you will be scheduled with your primary care provider (PCP).
We are now using an automated system to confirm appointments 48 hours in advance. Please be sure we have the most up-to-date number to reach you. If you need to reschedule or update your number, please call as soon as possible during regular business hours.
